By commissioning me or engaging with my art, you are agreeing to the terms I set below.Payments will be made via Paypal or Venmo ONLY!Unless otherwise specified and agreed upon during project intake, standard usage rules apply to the commissioned art- icon uasge, posts, creative uses, etc.(All art remains under my ownership and may not be used to make money at any time. Selling, reproducing, or otherwise claiming my artwork as your own is prohibited. Using my art to promote cryptocurrency is STRICTLY prohibited.) NO ONE has permission to use my art, purchased or not, as an NFT, ever.Customers DO have permission to use purchased art in any way that does not necessarily make them money, including but not limited to: Icons or page layout decorations on any social media (add credit to me if possible please <3) Personal prints to decorate your home, Reference for your own artistic practice (do not trace over my art and claim you drew it, however,) References to show other artists for commissions, Other non-profit creative endeavors. If in doubt, please ask me!Payments will be made through Paypal. I ask for your email in order to send you an invoice. I keep this information in your customer file ONLY to be used if you ever commission me again in the future. I will never give away or sell any customer information for any reason, my records are for my use only as an attempt to make possible future transactions easier and more efficient for you. If I request information from you that you specifically do NOT want me to keep record of, make that known and I will do my best to accommodate you.I typically ask for payment only after I've completed the piece. You are free to request to pay any time before then though, and I will send you the invoice as early as is convenient for you.
Any piece that exceeds $100 however, requires payment of half of the price upfront before I begin working on it. This upfront payment is non-refundable once the project has begun.Customers will ALWAYS be able to see the finished piece before the final transaction is required, in order to make sure quality is up to standard. This preview will be watermarked, and is not allowed to be used in any way until payment is received. Once I receive the final payment, I will send the final, unwatermarked image via any media format I have access to. (Email, Discord, Twitter, Tumblr, Google Drive)Images are sent in .PNG format, but customers are free to request other file types, (though I am limited by my art program to certain ones.) Multiple different file types, transparent .pngs for artistic use, source file types, or other more in depth requests may be subject to a small extra payment. Please feel free to ask if interested.Thank you.
